Diamond Senior Apartments of Iowa City is a 55+ Independent Senior Living facility located in the heart of Iowa and home of the Iowa Hawkeyes. The building is expected to open in fall 2018, with one and two bedroom unfurnished, fully-applianced apartments, in which all utilities, except electric, are included.

Washer and dryer are furnished in each unit. And all apartments will be both cable-ready and Internet-ready. This brand new senior building will feature on-site amenities including a gracious lobby, living room with fireplace, community room with kitchen, computer learning center, beauty salon and barber shop.

Residents will enjoy landscaped gazebo, walking trail with benches, picnic area with tables, bike racks, gardening space and free parking.

The building will offer a Current Resident Council along with on-site staff, who will be available to help plan social events such as holiday parties and other special events.
