Diamond Senior Apartments of Dubuque is a 55+ Independent Senior Living facilities located in Dubuque, Iowa, situated along the Mississippi River.  The building opened in 2011, and has been operating at a fairly consistent 100% occupancy. The building has one and two bedroom unfurnished, fully-applianced apartments, in which all utilities, except electric, are included!

Washer and dryer is provided in each unit. There is a fitness center, computer room, beauty salon, and community room located on the main level.  In addition to having on-site management, there is 24-hour emergency maintenance service.

The immaculate grounds feature a walking path with benches, a patio off the back of each building, gazebos, as well as a resident garden. The building offers a full range of supportive services, and social programming such as presentations on informative/requested topics, Bingos, movie nights, coffee meet-and-greets, and monthly socials/potlucks, just to name a few.
