Financial Stability
3DD was founded in 2008 during one of the most difficult times for financing property developments. Since that time, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of financial management and stability. We know the ins and outs of financing tax credit developments. Most importantly, we maintain open communications with our financing partners and investors throughout each project.
